Honest information over comfortable answers
If a house is overpriced, I'll say so. If the timing isn't right, I'll say that too. My job is to give you accurate information so you can make good decisions — not to tell you what moves transactions.
Local knowledge you can't Google
I know which neighborhoods in Albany feel different after dark. I know which Corvallis streets have the school district boundary quirks. I know what Lebanon looks like on a rainy Tuesday in February. That matters.
